Returns & Refunds policy

SERVICES (DOULA SUPPORT)

Deposits are non-refundable.

Payments made may be partially refundable depending on the timing of cancellation and services already provided.

No refunds will be issued for services that have already been completed.

PAYMENT PLANS

Clients who enter payment arrangements are responsible for completing all agreed payments unless otherwise stated in writing.

PRODUCTS (KENDOULA’S CRAFTS)

Due to the nature of handmade and wellness products, all sales are final unless an item is defective or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Issues must be reported within 3–5 days of delivery. Approved replacements will be issued when applicable.

SHIPPING

We are not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.

GIFT CARDS AND CERTIFICATES

Gift cards and certificates expire 12 months after purchase date, they are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
